Associated Taxpayers of Idaho Internship Program
ATI’s paid legislative internship program allows the intern to work alongside the ATI President and Board of Directors as part of a premier internship opportunity. Part to full time. Light in state travel. As a relatively new program, it is flexible, destined to grow, and a unique opportunity to shape your own experience.
The ATI is a nonpartisan, fact finding, organization that works with government and industry alike. As an intern, your responsibilities will include attending meetings of the State Tax Commission, ATI Board of Directors, and ATI conference planning committee; updating and developing publications for the ATI and its members; and meeting with ATI members from across the state, representing industries ranging from mining to soft drinks.
While the ATI is focused on tax policy and public policy, it has also been a remarkable networking opportunity. As an ATI intern, you have the unique ability to interface with business members and government officials alike, developing connections that will far outlast the length of the internship. The ATI is a unique blend of public policy and industry that cannot be found anywhere else.
